Issue:

The computer using ZWCAD is damaged, or the system needs to be reinstalled, or the hardware needs to be replaced, or the Activation ID is forgotten. How to handle the ZWCAD activation license?

Causes:

ZWSOFT authorizations are divided into two types: Activation ID and Dongle Activation. Most authorizations are Activation ID.
Activate License:  Activation ID, such as computer hardware or system changes, requires authorization return before the change. After the return is successful, the Activation ID can be used again, if the computer suddenly fails, or is not returned before reinstallation, the Activation ID cannot be used again.
Activate License: Dongle Activation will be equipped with a USB flash drive, the authorization is in the dongle, and you don't need to return it.

Solution:

If the computer suddenly fails, the old computer cannot be returned for authorization after replacing the computer, or the Activation ID is forgotten, You'll need to contact your local agent or technical team to return the authorizations.
