Issue:

As shown in the figure below, multiline leader annotations in CAD are misaligned.
After double-clicking to edit and immediately exiting, the annotations return to normal.
How can such issues be resolved?

Solution:

 Check the font used for the text.

  1. Click the menu Format → Text Style Manager to enter the Text Style Manager dialog box.

  2. In the Text Style Manager dialog box, check whether any missing fonts are listed under Text Font.

  3. If the font is missing, add it and then open the file to view it.
