问题描述： 

当部署了ZWCAD网络许可配置程序的服务器被关闭重启后，【网络许可配置程序】未自动启动，如何手动启动？

步骤指引：

  1. 在电脑【所有应用】列表，找到【中望软件20XX网络许可管理程序】软件；
  2. 启动【网络许可配置程序】；
  3. 点击【Star/Stop/Reread】页面，点击【Star Server】按钮，底部命令栏出现【Star successful】提示即成功启动
