How to customize the linetype in the Drawing Sheet in ZW3D?

Solution:

Use the Complex Line command to define a custom line type, including its pattern, inserted shapes, and appearance.

  1. Open the line file at the following path with Notepad, and modify it:  Install Path of ZW3D\supp\Complex_lin.Intp

  2. Start ZW3D and create/open Drawing Sheet file.
  3. Open the Tools tab in the 2D Sheet environment.
  4. Click Complex Line to open the Complex Line Manager.
  5. Click Load.
  6. Select the required complex line type.
  7. Open Layer Manager and assign the custom line style to the desired layer.

  8. The customized line type can then be used for entities on that layer.
