Issue:
Does the ZW3D 2026 Dongle support backward compatibility with earlier versions such as ZW3D 2025?
Solution:
After a customer purchases a Dongle, ZWSOFT system will automatically send a license notification email containing the details.
For example, while the 2026 dongle is backward compatible, activating ZW3D 2025 requires the specific Product ID and Dongle ID for version 2025.
Please contact the ZWSOFT Order Center to request these legacy version credentials.
Compatibility attention: 2026 Dongles (Premium/Standard/Professional/Advanced) support only back to 2024. Legacy versions (pre-2024) are incompatible due to module structure changes.
The exceptions for 2026 Dongles (Lite, 3X, and 2X).
