Issue:

When multiple language versions are installed on the same computer, why does the software prompt “The input language is not installed, continue with ... ”  when opening one of the versions?

Causes:

ZWCAD supports installing different language versions, and different language packs share the same software core package. 

Therefore, if the software core package is updated for one language version, the other language packs may not function correctly.


Determine whether the versions match by following the steps:

  1. Right-click the software icon → Click on Open file location.

  2. Check the Date modified of the software core package: ZWCAD.exe.
  3. Check whether the Date modified of each language pack is the same as that of the software core package.


Solution:

If the modified date is different,  resolve the issue by following the steps below.

  1. Download the patch file that matches the date and version of the core package for the affected language version.
  2. Double-click the patch file to upgrade.
