In certain standards, threads must be rounded or chamfered. For example, as shown in the figure below.

Why do none of the thread types in ZW3D include these features?

Causes:

The thread can be divided into 2 types: theoretical thread profile & design thread profile.

Below is a comparison table of these 2 thread types:
