This issue occurs because the Core Pack or Language Pack fails to extract correctly during the installation process.

Solution:

Users can manually extract the Core Pack and Language Pack to resolve this issue.

The detailed steps are as follows (using ZWCAD 2026 English version as an example):

  1. Extract the ZWCAD_2026.exe installation package.
  2. Open the extracted folder and navigate to the msi subfolder.



  3. Open the ZWCAD folder inside the msi directory.
  4. Extract the ZWCAD.7z package.
  5. In the extraction dialog box, remove the last \ZWCAD path from the destination directory, then click Extract.
  6. Ensure that the extracted folder name ends with ZWCAD 2026.

  7. Open the ZWCADLP folder inside the msi directory.
  8. Extract the ZWCADLP.7z package.
  9. In the extraction dialog box, remove the last \ZWCADLP path from the destination directory, then click Extract.
  10. Ensure that the extracted folder name ends with ZWCAD 2026.
  11. Return to the main folder extracted from the original installation package.
  12. Run Setup.exe as Administrator and follow the installation wizard.

  13. After the installation process is completed, ZWCAD should install correctly.
