Issue: 

When copying texts from ZWCAD (Ctrl+C) and pasting them into a Word document (Ctrl+V), some characters are displayed as “?” How can this be resolved?

Solution:

  1. Click the Start button, then click Settings in the pop-up menu.
  2. In the Settings panel, click Time & language → Language & region → Administrative language settings in order.
  3. In the pop-up Region panel, click the Change system locale... button under the Administrative tab. 
  4. In the pop-up Region Settings panel, tick Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support option, then click OK.
  5. Then try again, the texts are displayed correctly.
