Issue:
How to create symbols from a DWG file in ZW3D drawings and quickly reuse them?
Solution:
Adding the symbols to the ZW3D symbol library.
- Taking the English version as an example:
In ZW3D, open the ZW3D installation directory.
Navigate to the following path ...\languages\en_US\resource.
Then open the Symbol_Library file. - Click Tools→Import, select the DWG file, and then import.
- In the pop-up dialog, select the default import settings, and then click OK.
- Click Dimension→Add Block,
select the symbol, set the base point, named the symbol, and then click OK. - Quickly reuse the symbol. Click Dimension→Insert Block,
select the symbol, and then insert into the drawing.
