Issue:
After inserting an Xref into the main drawing, the graphics display differently from the original appearance.

Causes:
This issue is related to the display behavior controlled by the XREFOVERRIDE system variable.
Different variable values will affect how Xref properties are displayed.
Solution:
Insert an Xref that contains objects with different property settings, such as: ByLayer properties/Specific colors, Lineweights or Styles.
- After insertion, the Xref may display incorrectly because all object properties are overridden to ByLayer when XREFOVERRIDE is set to 1, as shown in the example below:
- Execute the XREFOVERRIDE command and change the value to 0.
- After changing the value, the Xref will display with its original appearance correctly, as shown below:
Note:
When XREFOVERRIDE = 1, all properties in the Xref are displayed according to the current layer settings.
When XREFOVERRIDE = 0, all properties in the Xref retain their original appearance.
