Issue:
Why does a curve project onto both sides of a surface during the projection process?
Causes:
This is because the boundary of the projection surface is not fully defined, causing the curve to also project onto the extended face of the surface.
Solution:
Because the entity's surface is a complete surface, it still projects onto both sides.
Drawing auxiliary lines to split the surface into two separate faces is necessary to isolate the projection.
Create an arbitrary Sketch on the YZ plane and perform Extrude.
2. Split the main body with the Divide command.
3. Select projection curves and projection surfaces via Project to Face option.
