Issue:
Due to a single invalid license, it is not possible to delete that license directly from the Network License Manager. In addition, since multiple network licenses exist, the related license file cannot be deleted directly either.
Solution:
This situation requires the use of another tool to perform the deletion.
Download the Servercomptranutil.zip tool, extract it. There are three files inside.
Search for cmd in the Startmenu, locate and start a Command Prompt window.
Drag servercomptranutil.exe into the Command Prompt window, add a space, then enter -view and press Enter.
The Command Prompt will display the FID_CODE and the corresponding license version. Note down the FID_CODE to be deleted.
Drag servercomptranutil.exe into the Command Prompt window again, add a space, then enter -deleteFR FID_CODE and press Enter.
At this point, a Windows protection prompt may appear. Just select Run anyway.
When the Command Prompt asks for confirmation to delete, enter Y. The deletion of the single network license is then completed.
