Issue:
When using the right-click menu to open an Xref file, ZWCAD shows that the Xref file is currently in use. However, no one is using that Xref drawing. How to solve it?
Solution:
Execute the XLOADCTL command, then change its value to 2, then reopen the drawing and the Xref file again.
