Issue: 

After a point cloud file is inserted, a boundary frame is displayed. How can this point cloud boundary frame or editing frame be turned off?

Turn on boundary frame:

Solution:

Click the gear icon in the bottom right corner to switch the workspace to 2D Drafting & Annotation.

Click the Point Cloud tab and toggle the display mode to On When Selected or Always Off as required.
