Issue:
The network license may fail due to a network disconnection. How to check the network connection?
Solution:
- Press Win + R to open the Run window. Type cmd and press Enter.
- In the cmd window, enter PING Server IP and press Enter. If "Request timed out" is displayed, the client cannot connect to the server. Contact the company IT team for network repair.
- If normal information is displayed, the network is working properly. Network faults can be excluded.
