Issue: 

When opening NLAT, the message “Cannot read database or data is empty” may appear, and product information cannot be displayed correctly.

Solution:

NLAT reads local usage data from the server computer. The port used must match the client port in the ZWSOFT Network License Manager.

  1. Open the Config button in ZWSOFT Network License Manager and check the client port.
  2. Open Settings in the top-right corner of the NLAT interface. Check if the port matches that in the Network License Manager. Change it to the same port if different.
