Issue: 

For ZWCAD network licenses, floating licenses work normally, but borrowing license fails. How to troubleshoot this issue?

Solution:

  1. Check whether a borrowing whitelist is enabled on the server.
    Open the Network License Manager on the server and click Config.
    Verify whether Enable Borrow Whitelist is selected.
    If enabled, click Add and enter the client information to be allowed borrowing licenses.
    Restart the ZWCAD licensing service after configuration for the changes to take effect.

  2. Borrowing may fail if the borrowing period set on the client side exceeds the license validity period on the server side.
    Verify the borrowing period and license validity, ensure the client's borrowing period is within the server's license period.

  3. Borrowing may also fail if the available license quantity on the server is insufficient.
    Check license usage on the server. In the server settings, click Query authorization information to view the license usage status.
    If the license limit has been reached, the client cannot borrow a license.
