Issue: 

After copying and pasting CAD graphics into Word or Excel, the OLE range might be found unsuitable. How can this be adjusted within Word or Excel?

Solution:

  1. Select the OLE object, right-click, and select Format Object from the context menu.
    In the pop-up dialog box, configure the four-sided crop parameters under the Crop from section.

  2. Once the configuration is complete, a suitable display range can be successfully cropped.
