Issue:
During ZWCAD activation, the message “ASR or trusted storage is corrupted or incomplete” appears. How to activate it successfully?
Causes:
The license file (.asr) is damaged or has been mistakenly removed by antivirus software.
Solution:
- Open ZWCAD's installation path, e.g.,
C:\Program Files\ZWSOFT\ZWCAD****\ShortCode, and locate the .asr file. - Copy the same file from a properly activated computer, replace the corrupted file on the problematic computer, then restart ZWCAD. Activation will work normally.
