Issue:
An upgraded license code can only be used after the original (parent) license has been returned or when activation is performed on the same computer as the parent license. How can the parent license code linked to the upgrade license be identified?
Solution:
- Log in to the FLEXnet (http://support.zwcad.net:8888/flexnet/operationsportal/showActivationIdLogon.do) with the current license code.
- In Manage Entitlements, select the license and click Print.
- The Parent Activation ID shown on the print page is the required original license code.
