Issue: 

When a drawing contains a large number of blocks with the same name, how to modify only one block without affecting the others?

Solution:

  1. Select the block need to be modified, right-click, and choose Edit Block In-Place to enter the Reference Edit dialog.

  2. Set the desired Identify Reference or Settings, and then click OK.

  3. After completing the Reference Edit, type ZWMREFCLOSE in the command line to open the Save Reference Edits dialog.

  4. Rename the Reference name, then click OK.


    After renaming the block individually, it can be edited independently without affecting other blocks that originally had the same name.
