Issue:
The ZWCAD properties panel shows white with no information on it. how to restore it?
Solution:
- Find the zwautoXX.tlb (e.g. zwauto25.tlb) and zwcadXX.tlb (e.g. zwcad25.tlb) files under the path C:\Program Files\Common Files\ZWSoft Shared and delete them. ("XX" represents the version).
- Find a computer that is working properly, copy the zwauto25.tlb and zwcad25.tlb files from the same location onto the problematic computer, and then restart the software.
