Issue:
Some settings of ZWCAD are stored in the user directory. How to restore the user directory to default when encountering using issues?
Solution:
- Press Win+R to open the Run dialog. Enter %appdata% and press Enter to open the Roaming folder.
- Locate and delete the corresponding version folder under ZWSOFT:
- ZWCAD: ZWCAD
- ZWCADM: ZWCAD Mechanical
- ZW3D: ZW3D
- ZWSOFT Network License Manager: ZWSOFT Network License Manager
- Restart the ZWSOFT application. A new default folder will be created automatically.
Note: The user directory contains custom settings such as menus, shortcut keys, and tool palettes. Back up these files if needed.
