Solution:

  • The system variable BPARAMETERCOLOR controls the color display of parameters within the dynamic block editor.

  • Enter the command BPARAMETERCOLOR in the command line and press Enter.
    Follow the prompts to input a color value to update the setting.
    The value corresponds to the index colors in the color settings dialog.
