Issue:
After installing ZWCAD, when double-clicking ZWCAD'S desktop icon, the mouse spins for a few seconds but then stop responding. How to fix this?
Causes:
System issues may prevent ZWCAD from starting, as ZWCAD relies on the .NET framework. The Windows command sfc /scannow can scan and repair system files.
Solution:
- Press Win+R to open the Run dialog. Enter CMD and open the Command Prompt.
- Type sfc /scannow (include the space in the command) and press Enter to scan and repair system files.
- After the scan completes, close Command Prompt and restart ZWCAD.
