Issue: 

ZWCAD fails to start with an error message: “The ordinal 19 could not be located in the dynamic link library.”

Solution:

This issue occurs when ZWCAD and ZW3D are installed in the same directory.

  1. Uninstall both applications.
  2. Reinstall the two software programs into separate directories.
