Issue: 

In ZWCAD, after converting 3D to 2D drawings, the result is displayed in wireframe mode. How can it be set to shaded mode?

Solution:

This feature is available in the ZWCAD 2026 and above versions.

Method 1

  1. Select the view to be modified.
  2. Click the Edit View option located above.
  3. Under Hidden Lines, Select either Shaded with Visible Lines or Shaded with Visible and Hidden Lines.
  4. Click OK to confirm and apply the shade mode. .

Method 2:

  1. Open the Properties panel by pressing Ctrl+1.
  2. Locate the Hidden Lines property.
  3. Select either Shaded with visible lines or Shaded with visible and hidden lines from the dropdown list.
  4. The shade mode.  is updated accordingly.
