Issue:

A drawing file in AutoCAD 2010 format (*.dwg) generated by ZWCAD 2025 is uploaded to the Teamcenter system.
After opening the drawing, editing it, and attempting to save and import it back into the management system,an error occurs.

How should this be handled?

Causes:

The error is caused when the zwlauncher.exe process has already exited during the import and save operation.

Solution:

  1. Right-click the ZWCAD 2025 software icon on the desktop and select Open file location.

  2. In the software installation directory, open the ZWCAD.ini file using Notepad.

  3. At the very end of the document, add the line [Launcher]ExitDelay=-10 and save the file.

  4. Restart ZWCAD 2025, then open, edit, and save the drawing from the system again. The upload should now succeed.
