Issue: 

How to get the section and section line after importing a point cloud object in ZWCAD?

Solution:

  1. Switch the workspace to the 2D Drafting & Annotation.


  2. Select the point cloud object, and in the Section panel of the Point Cloud tab, select the section type in the drop-down menu.


  3. Drag the section frame to the target position to get the section of the point cloud object. 


  4. Select the point cloud object, in the Section panel of the the Point Cloud tab, click Section Line Extraction, then set the parameters and click Create to complete the creation of the section line.
