Issue:
The installation fails with the error message "An error occurred while trying to create the directory".
Solution:
This issue is typically caused by Windows Defender blocking permission to create directories.
Open Privacy & Security from the Settings.
Select Windows Security → Virus & threat protection.
Click Protection history.
Click the Actions and disable the blocking.
Re-run the ZWCAD installation. After installation, re-enable Real-time protection.
