Issue: 

How to set the default dimension layer so that all dimensions are automatically categorized into the dimension layer even when annotating in other layers?

Solution:

This feature is available in the ZWCAD2026 and above versions.

  1. Enter the command DIMLAYER.

  2. Follow the prompt to input the target layer name (e.g., "Dimensions").

  3. Once set, all new dimensions will automatically be placed on this designated layer, regardless of the current active layer.
