Issue: 

As shown in the figure below, the display states of the drawing are set differently in the model and layout viewports. How can the layer states of a layout viewport be applied to the model? Or conversely, how can the layer states of the model be applied to the viewport?

Solution:

After defining the layer states in both Model and layout viewports, save these states in the Layer Properties Manager. This allows for switching between them by restoring the saved layer states when toggling between Model and Layout.
Proceed as follows:

  1. In the Layer Properties Manager, click the Layer States Manager button to open its dialog box.

  2. Click New to create a state, Save the current layer settings.

  3. Similarly, save the layer states for other spaces as needed.

  4. When required, select a saved layer state to Restore its previously stored settings.
