Issue:

Microsoft Office shows a configuration progress prompt each time it is opened after installing ZWCAD.

Causes:

This occurs when a 32-bit version of Office is used with a 64-bit version of ZWCAD.

Solution:

Solution 1​

  1. Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.

  2. Navigate to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\FilesPaths. Rename or delete the entry named mso.dll.


Solution 2​

Uninstall the 64-bit version of ZWCAD and install the 32-bit version of ZWCAD instead.
