How to query the corresponding product version information with a 24-digit license code?

Solution:

  1. Access the ZWSOFT Product Self-service Activation Platform via the link: http://support.zwcad.net:8888/flexnet/operationsportal/logon.do
  2. Select Log in with Activation Number, enter the 24-digit activation code and click the Log in button
  3. If the activation code is already in use, locate the record on the Manage Licenses page, select the license and click Print to view the corresponding detailed information.
  4. If the license is unactivated, check the records in Manage Entitlements, select the relevant record and click Print
    Corresponding product information can be viewed as shown in the image, including the product name ZWCAD2020_STD, the annual version 20.0 and the license model Floating Borrowable Repairable, which stands for a network license. The license model for standalone licenses is Retail Activation.
