Issue:
The texts in the drawing displays correctly when the drawing is zoomed out, but disappears when the drawing is zoomed in. However, the text displays correctly in the print preview. Why is this?
Solution:
- The graphics card does not support hardware acceleration, which causes this problem.
- Currently, graphics card models that do not support hardware acceleration include Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 and below, Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730, Intel(R) HD Graphics series, AMD Radeon(TM) HD series, AMD Radeon HD series, and NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 and below. Users can access the ZWCAD installation directory and open the GPUUnsupportList.ini file to view the list of graphics card models that do not support hardware acceleration.
- Click the Hardware Acceleration button in the lower right corner of the software interface, and turn off hardware acceleration in the pop-up dialog box.
