Issue:

An abnormal graphic display was found as shown in the image below. How should this be resolved?

Solution:

ZWCAD 2024 and later versions have hardware acceleration features, but some are incompatible with graphics card drivers, causing display abnormalities.

  1. Method 1:
    Right-click on This PC, select Manage → Device Manager → Display adapters, check the display driver, and then click Update Driver. If the current computer cannot connect to the internet, please download the corresponding driver version from the graphics card manufacturer's website.

  2. Method 2:
    Click on Hardware Acceleration in the lower right corner of ZWCAD's interface. In the pop-up settings dialog box, switch On/Off for hardware acceleration in the 2D Display Settings option.
