How to locate and drill holes on the side surface of a cylinder？

Solution:

1. Click the Datum Plane command in Shape.
2. Select the side surface of the cylinder and create a tangent reference plane on the circular face.
   
3. Select the datum plane created in the first step for Angle positioning and generate a new datum plane.
   
4. Create a point and define dimension as the center point of the hole base on the reference plane.
   
5. Perform the drilling operation based on the positioning point.
