Solution:

Method 1: Handling holes in externally imported models or holes created by circular extrusions

1. Click the Flag Holes command in Shape.
2. Select the hole's starting surface in Face.
3. Select the hole's inner cylindrical surface in Holes.
4. Tick the Flagged as thread hole command and select the desired thread specifications in Hole Specification.
5. Click OK to apply the internal decorative threads.
   

Method 2: Handling holes created by Hole command.

1. Click the Modify Holes in shape.
2. Select the hole that need to be add internal decorative threads.
3. In the Hole Specification section, change the Hole Type to Thread Hole and select the desired thread specifications.
4. Click OK to apply the internal decorative threads.
