Solution:

Option one:

1. Firstly, design a sketch and create a feature, such as Extrude.
2. Right-click the sketch and click the Make Internal command.
   

Option two:

1. Create a feature directly, such as Extrude.
2. Select the Sketch command in the drop-down menu of Profile P.
3. Select a plane to design a sketch and complete the extrude.
