★Why does the small lock icon display next to the cross cursor in ZWCAD

Issue:

When drawing in ZWCAD, sometimes there is a small lock icon next to the cross cursor, and sometimes there is not. What is the reason for that?

Causes:

A small lock icon appears when you hover the cursor over an object in a locked layer.

Solution:

Unlock the layer and the small lock icon will no longer be displayed.
