★★How to convert dynamic blocks into editable flexible blocks in ZWCAD

Issue:

Containing AutoCAD dynamic blocks, how to use ZWCAD to edit the dynamic blocks without losing the dynamic blocks and data?

Solution:

Before editing a dynamic block, you need to convert it. The following method applies to ZWCAD 2024 and the above versions.

• Solution one:
  1. When entering the Edit Block Definition dialog box, find a yellow lightning sign in the Preview of the unconverted dynamic block. Click OK and a prompt will pop up asking whether to convert the dynamic block to a flexible block. Click Yes.
     
     
     
  2. Enter the block editor again, and you can see that the yellow lightning sign in the Preview has changed to a blue lightning sign, indicating that the block has been converted into a flexible block.
     
• Solution two:
  Enter BCONVERT in the command line and press Enter, select the block to be converted, set the block definition, and click OK.
