Issue:

When inserting a raster image, it is displayed as a color block, but the content of the image cannot be displayed, as shown below. How should I adjust it?

Solution:

That might be the reason for raster image transparency.

Click the menu Modify → Object → Image → Transparency(TRANSPARENCY command), select the raster image and select ON to Enter transparency mode according to the prompts.
