Issue:

Occasionally, there is no problem with outputting PDF drawings of the tables or parts list, but there will be missing rows in the printed drawings. The problem may be related to the printer driver. You can try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.

Solution:

  1. After clicking Start on the Windows system, select Settings.
  2. Select Devices in the Settings dialog box.
  3. After clicking Bluetooth & other devices, select Devices and printers.
  4. After selecting the corresponding printer, click Print server properties. (Tip: Due to different systems, some computers can enter Print Server Properties without selecting a printer)
  5. After entering the Print Server Properties dialog box, click Drivers and select the corresponding printer driver, and select Remove to complete the uninstallation of the old printer driver.
  6. After downloading the driver corresponding to the printer from the brand's official website, click Add.
  7. After selecting the corresponding printer, click Have Disk, select the downloaded Printer Driver and confirm to complete the printer driver reinstallation, then reopen ZWCAD to plot.
