Issue:
In the mold industry, components such as bolts, springs, and dowels around the template are symmetrically placed. Typically, designers first draw one side of the components and then use the mirror function to complete the layout of the graphics in other positions, as shown in the figure below.
The Mirror function cannot complete the drawing at once.
With the quarter mirror function, only the desired graphic needs to be selected, and by clicking on the midpoint of the quarter mirror, mirrored objects can quickly be generated in the other three positions.
Solution:
- In ZWCAD MFG, execute the command zwm_mi4, select the objects to be mirrored.
- Click the midpoint.
- Complete the quarter mirror operation.
