★How to set layer linetypes in ZWCAD MFG

Issue:

When selecting a linetype for customizing a layer, if the required linetype is not available in the dropdown list, How to do this?

Solution:

Here is an example of setting the linetype of the AM_9 as PHANTOM, follow the steps below.

1. Open the folder path:C:\Users\Public\Documents\ZWSoft\zwcadm\2024\en-US\styles\ISO.
   (Note:The actual path depends on the drawing frame standard used by the user)
   
   
2. Locate the file named Environment.xml and open it using Notepad in that folder.
   
   
   

3. Find AM_9 layer label, set its line type as LineType=“PHANTOM”, save and close the document to complete the setup.

   
4. Create a drawing and check if the linetype settings have been updated in ZWCAD MFG.
