Issue:

The text in the surface texture settings dialog box is garbled, and there is also garbled text in the shortcut key settings PGP file. Why dose this happens?

Solution:

The reason is that the system language setting is incorrect and needs to be changed in the system settings.

  1. Open the Windows system Settings, go to Date & time, then click the Date, time & regional formatting→ Additional date, time & regional settings.


  2. Click the Region → Administrative → Change system locale.

  3. Uncheck the option of Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.
