Issue:

When reinstalling the software or the operating system, clearing user caches, or encountering other accidental operations, previous customizations such as shortcut keys and user interface configurations may be lost. Reverting to the familiar settings can be time-consuming.

In such situations, it is advisable to backup the user-customized configurations for quick restoration. This allows for direct loading of the configurations next time. Additionally, it provides the convenience of swift loading when temporarily switching to a different computer.

Solution:

Export:

  1. After completing all personalization and customization, go to the Role Manager interface. Right-click on the location of the User folder and select Create.
  2. Modify the Name and Description, then click OK to confirm.
  3. After setting up the user, right-click on the user name, select Export, and then choose the destination directory for saving.

Import:

  1. Right-click on the user, select Import and locate the exported user configuration file by step 1. Click Open to proceed.

As mentioned above, by saving the backup configuration file, you can conveniently load and use your preferred software style anytime, anywhere. After use, you can also delete it without affecting others' usage.
