How can I batch-add materials and user attribute names in ZW3D?


Solution:

  1. Find the software installation directory, e.g., E:\01-ZWSOFT\ZW3D\ZW3D2024\supp. Open the file Template.z3preset and add the corresponding user attribute names.
  2. Use Batch Attributes Edit in Tools to set the material in the assembly environment.
  3. Select the part. In the Batch Attribute Edit dialog, set the material, e.g., 304 Stainless Steel, and click OK to add the material property.
