Issue:

How to add custom attributes of parts as needed?

Solution:

  1. In the part environment, click Properties under the Tools tab in the Ribbon.
  2. In the Properties dialog box, switch to the User tab and add a new property. Modify the Property name, Type, Sub-type, Data/Expression, Value and Unit/Format of this property. 
    We can add multiple properties for a single part. Click OK to finish.
